Giveaway: Everly Events Turns 2!

It's official, Everly Events is now two years old! These past two years have been filled with lots of fun, crazy, amazing, sometimes stressful, and unpredictable moments, ALL OF which i am so thankful for! I would not be here if it weren’t for my awesome clients, vendors, friends, family, and supporters, so thank you all so much for helping me build this company INto what it is today!

I started Everly Events two years ago with the hopes of helping people plan one of the most important days of their lives and make it fun, creative, and a little less stressful than it has to be, so this year, I want to make that a reality for one lucky couple by doing a giveaway. 

to kick off the celebration, I threw myself a little party and decided to photograph all of the prettiness, i mean, you only turn 2 once right? included in the festivities was one awesome unicorn (tutorial on how I made this coming soon!), LOTS OF CONFETTI AND DONUTS, and a sweet birthday cake, JUST TO NAME A FEW of my favorite things. a big thank you to adrienne gunde for SHOOTING MY PHOTOS, AND Sweet and Saucy Shop FOR my CAKE, which i promptly devoured as soon as we finished the shoot! Scroll down to see more images from the shoot, the details on the contest, and directions on how to enter, so you can come party with me too!


the giveaway:

I am teaming up with a handful of my favorite preferred vendors for a contest that will allow one lucky couple the chance to work with all-star team of vendors for their wedding! The winner of this giveaway will receive the following discounts off of the following vendors:

Everly Events Coordination ($500, yay!)
DJ ($200)
Videographer ($200)
Photographer ($200)
Florist ($200)

Each of the vendors participating in this giveaway have been hand selected by me, and trust me, they are all amazing. For the winning couple, should you choose to use all of the vendors I have selected for you, you can receive a total savings of up to $1300! To enter, follow these simple steps to enter the contest:

1. send in a photo of you as a couple, the more recent, the better!
2. copy and paste this small form below and fill it out as best as you can:

             your names:
             wedding date:
             guest count: 


3. In 200 words or less, answer this question, "What makes you unique as a couple?" (Feel free to be as creative as you would like for this! Videos, audio recordings, photo collages...etc., all are all welcome!)
4. Submit your photo, form, and word entry to me at and in the subject line write "We Want to Party with Everly!" no later than February 14, 2016. Winners will be announced via Instagram and notified via e-mail on February 17, 2016. 

I will be selecting a winner based on your creativity and who I feel will be the best fit for Everly Events and our team of vendors, so be yourself and have fun! Make sure to complete each step and send it all in together in one e-mail as I will only consider and count completed entries! Lastly, while we all dread this part, here is the necessary fine print and giveaway rules that I must let all of you know, so please read carefully:


Couples entering the giveaway must already be engaged and planning a wedding between March 1, 2016 to March 1, 2017. Only one entry per couple is allowed and only completed submissions will be considered for final selection. Vendors have been pre-selected and approved from the Preferred Vendor List provided by Everly Events. The winning couple will be notified via e-mail who the vendors are and will be introduced to them via the planner. The couple will receive the discounts listed above with each corresponding vendors, and Minimum pricing and packages will be subject to the vendor. The couple retains the option to move forward (or not) with the vendor provided by Everly Events. should they choose to book a vendor that is not on the pre-approved list, winner will forfeit the discount for that particular category. Wedding date and availability will be subject to the planner and each vendor. The planner and vendor will do their best to accommodate the wedding date of the couple. Should the planner not be available on the wedding date, a runner-up for the giveaway will be selected to partake in the giveaway rewards. The planner retains the right to select the winner based on his/her criteria and reserves the right to select another winner or cancel the agreement prior to the signing of an official service agreement.
